Individual lessons allow the teacher to choose the most optimal method of learning French, to adjust the pace and volume of learning materials according to the student's wishes, as well as to use the time in the most efficient way. Methodologists of the French School Montparnasse developed the program of individual classes on the basis of the most modern and interesting educational materials, which has been approved by the practice during the history of our school. The program is being updated and optimised in accordance with the development of methods and the publishing of new interesting educational materials.
Montparnasse teachers also use additional learning materials to develop all 4 speech competencies: speaking, reading, writing, listening.
Depending on the goals, a student can choose the type of classes and combine them: grammar classes (aimed at explaining and consolidating grammatical rules and constructions, correct use of language), lexical classes (aimed at increasing vocabulary knowledge and speaking, emphasis on oral speech and vocabulary development along with pronunciation), specialised classes (aimed at a more specific area of application of the language, suitable for students who need French in a specific area of interest or activity).
The Montparnasse School has developed the following specialised French language courses:
- Business French
- French for doctors
- Technical French
- French for travel
The schedule of individual classes is usually set in accordance to wishes of a client and depending on his/her goals, classes can be held both on the territory of the School Montparnasse (in Kyiv, Ukraine) and on the territory of the client (at home or in the office). Of course, online classes are also very popular because this method of learning can save time and money of the client.
